Style: Art contained within a frame with glass
Address: 53rd Street
Website:http://www.moma.org/collection/browse
Products Information / model numbers: Jackson Pollack
Special Remarks:
Most of the paintings at the Abstraction Exhibition at the Moma were enclosed in a frame with glass. This glass protected the works from UV rays as well as the flash from the camera. For the more abstract art with high amounts of paint there was a glass frame to prevent people from picking off the paint.
