Dutch neo-classical roll-top desk in mahogany on oak (retaining it's original
perfectly functional opening/closing mechanism). Three drawer body in the bombe
tradition of the Dutch 18th Century designs. Neo-classical inlays (urn, garlands,
fillets, multiple hairlines) in maple and ebony. Pierced brass balustrade.
Later hardware. Fitted interior with 12 drawers, secret compartments, tambour
