Cleaning Guidelines:
It is recommended to spot clean stains with a mild soap and warm water, while larger stains can be cleaned through a showroom contact. Loose fiber should be trimmed with sharp scissors, and new rugs will shed excess fiber so one should not be alarmed. The best colorfast dyes are used in this product however sunlight will eventually fade the rug. Consistent turning is recommended to at least keep the product’s natural desaturation process somewhat even.

Special Remarks:
The Rug Company is a wonderful resource for imported, designer-licensed, and custom rugs fairly and sustainably produced through time-honored techniques by Nepalese craftsman. The overall high quality and emphasis on handmade lasting product is evident, and subsequently most of these rugs come with a substantial investment. Unlike their wool and silk counterparts, these cotton rugs provide a less precious option for use in indoors and covered outdoor applications.
