Group A: YACHTS

"STREETS OF MONACO"

-Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani has made Yacht Island Design in charge of designing the world’s first $1 billion yacht
-500-foot yacht 
-On the top deck will be replicas of famous Monaco landmarks like the Monte Carlo Casino, Hotel de Paris, Cafe de Paris, La Rascasse, and Loews Hotel, as well as a fully functional go-kart circuit based on the Monaco Grand Prix race track. 
-Other extravagances include multiple swimming pools, a swim-in Jacuzzi bar, a multi-use court for tennis and basketball, a ‘dance hall’, a spa with a hair salon, and enough space to accommodate 16 guests and 70 staff
-It also has a submarine and helipad

-interior 'oasis' area
-There is no guarantee that ‘Streets of Monaco’ will ever make it into the water, it is just a concept at this point






"ADASTRA"
Adastra  a yacht by John Shuttleworth

-built in China by McConaghy Boats
-designed by John Shuttleworth Yacht Designs
-made out of carbon fibre with a nomex honeycomb core with resin-infused epoxy
-42.5m long with 50-tonne weight when dry
 -taken more than five years of design and discussion with the owners and the end result is a stunning and futuristic yacht that fulfills their needs and that of their family
-The vision: provide a level of comfort and style with low fuel consumption, excellent sea keeping qualities and luxurious accommodation
-The main deck is comprised of a gorgeous, spacious salon area boasting superb views through a panoramic window while accommodating a lounge area, dining area and navigation station. Through the saloon there is access to a large sun bed on the foredeck.
-The garage door has been designed to fold out and create a large dive platform and extra space has been created below deck to accommodate a full-width master cabin located aft with access from the deck saloon, two further guest cabins and accommodation for the crew.

"OCULUS"

-Inspired on a whale
-250-foot luxury yacht 
-designed by E. Kevin Schöpfer for Schöpfer Yachts LLC.
-The exterior styling resembles the jaw and eye socket bone structure of a whale
-perfect blend of symmetry and structure
-the backside of the yacht can open up resembling the hungry jaws of a whale
-can accommodate 12 guests in great comfort and style

-The interior features a 12 foot high ceiling in the main salon, a cylindrical double height dining room, central stair and elevator tube, and seemingly anatomical ceiling and floor lighting extensions giving definition to the seating areas. The second level is the dedicated Owner’s suite.






"LADY LARA"

-six cabins, which accommodate up to 12 guests
-everything resembles the distinctive fasteners on Fendi’s  bags
-The main salon is draped in soothing cream and beige upholstery, while gold finishes and moldings give the space a warm quality.
-The glamorous touch has been achieved by the use of warm colours, as well as incorporation of gold, silver and mother of pearls.
-Also the materials, such as crocodile print leather, were incorporated into the interiors of the room and corridors.
-All the elements were chosen by the Fendi Fashion House with great attention, from the door handles to the flooring, from cabinets to the study desk, from the luxurious lamps with Swarowski crystals to the last vase or photo frame.
