Special Remarks:
This beam is part of an access floor system through
which either cold or hot water passes to affect the blowing air. It is
generally installed around the perimeter of the room near large sheets of expansive
glazing to counteract the usual thermal decay in that area. This system is an
innovation on the typical overhead systems that require extensive ductwork and
are susceptible to leaking. These specifically don’t condensate and have
channels with drains to alleviate any worry and unnecessary expense associated
with repair.
