hot-food holding cabinet units.
Easy to Operate. The INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor
control system makes operation simple with a three-digit LED display,
Fahrenheit or Celsius temperature scale display capability and an RS485
data port that can be connected to a network. There are audiovisual
alarms for Hi/Lo cabinet temperature, Door Open, Clean Condenser,
Evaporator Coil Failure, Discharge Line Sensor Failure and Power Supply
Interruption.
Large Storage in a Small Footprint.
All the R & A units are designed for maximum storage space. Both
the cabinet and the door(s) are insulated with an average of
2-inch-thick, high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
Long Life/Durability.
With a cabinet exterior front, one-piece sides, louver assembly and
doors constructed of 20-gauge stainless steel, the R & A Series is
built to last. On the R-Series, the cabinet interior and door liners
are also constructed of stainless steel. On the A-Series, they’re
anodized aluminum, which is also designed to withstand the demands of a
busy kitchen. The cam-lift hinges and horizontal workflow door handle
are both guaranteed for life. The breaker caps are stainless steel.
